At best, self-penciling tools and payment calculators provide inaccurate payment information. Most shoppers today are payment sensitive. Misleading information ultimately perpetuates stereotypes and creates unavoidable conflict when the terms cannot be honored in-store. For dealers who may be reluctant or unsure how to approach digital finance, we will provide you with an actionable pathway every dealer can follow as they consider “digitizing the deal,” including filtering questions to screen/select any vendor quoting payments.
